Folks who earn paychecks working for another company tend to be isolated, by intention, from seeing even a glimpse of the company’s financial picture.
Every business has ebbs and flows, slow and fast times, along with greater and lesser degrees of success with diversification and multiple streams of income to ride out the losses.
Sometimes those paychecks are funded by cash reserves, rather than incoming revenues.
That’s why entrepreneurs can be so “crazy” sometimes 🙂
